– 325 grams of flour
– 150 grams of butter

1.- First of all, put the butter at room temperature in a bowl next to the sugar and mix it all with a electric rod or a fork.

8.- When ready, remove the tray from the oven. You’ll notice that mermaid butter biscuits are a little soft, don’t worry because it’s normal.
